Day 10 on fruit only! (Maybe some organic chocolate ;)

Day 10!!!

I had some problems with my bowel's during the past 10 day's, I was not regular and it seems that I was blocked... then this morning my wife suggested I drink some luke warm lemon juice! WOW - it helped!! I feel that my body is truly now excreting all the toxin buildup etc..

I feel super light, super energetic, my blocked nose issue is coming along nicely.

All and all I am happy to be a fruitarian thus far..

God has helped me through, all this time.. I am moving closer to Him everyday now, although Satan is very active..

May the name of Jesus go out to the world quicker, so that all will accept Him. and realize what HE has done for us. And let the world be ready for His soon coming ( And I believe the time is near) I pray that all people and nations will be reminded of His precious name and hoe MUCH He loves us all, and want's us to be saved.

I also pray for those that have struggles with cravings etc, on a fruit diet.. may you stand fast, and experience the best health that was the plan from the beginning.

Greetings

Day 8 on a 100 % fruit diet

Sunday and Monday went by very peaceful.
I had some detox symptoms including headaches blocked nose, sinuses etc.
I feel great today, but can feel that my body is going through transitions.
Have bought ALOT of fruit this morning including oranges, lemons, grapefruits , bananas..
God is blessings me day by day, helping me with the temptations of sin and also temptations of eating stuff other than fruit..

The more I read about a fruit only diet the more I realize that this is and was and will always be the best diet for mankind.
The key word here is focus and a lifelong decision.
Such as giving your life to Lord Jesus for the rest of your days should this decision be for healing and handling your body as a temple of the Holy Ghost, to dwell in and make you pure.

I pray that all people that started off and is convinced of a fruit only diet will receive power and wisdom form our Father in heaven, to overcome temptation in normal sin as with destructing this body with poison that is in just part of our foods today.

Blessings

Day 6 on fruits and fruits

Well it could be my imagination, but I don't think so...

My WIFE Julie has joined in on fruit only from last night and I am VERY proud and excited as I have a friend to share everything with now.
I have talked with my brother about fruitarianism and I believe he has also slowly started.. I will pray that this decision will be in the best health and interest for us all.

I have helped my wife to spring clean out whole house today, I have washed my car, vacumed and polished our wooden floors, done 90 slow crunches 40 pushups, 60 dips and have just became aware that my muscles feel more... Relaxed / flexable..
I have a lot of energy and could do almost twice more that I would have been able to do for the past 6 years..
It might a bit early to expect such a huge difference, but I cannot lie to myself.. I FEEL GREAT!!

Me and my lovely wife bought some nice organic fruits last night at woolies and had the following for breakfast.

- 750 grams of watermelon
- 1 large pomogranate
- lot's of orange juice - about 7
- for lunch we had some SUPER high quiality avo's , peacanuts, yellow bell peppers, baby sweet tomato's and fresh lemon squeeqed.

Have a belessed week.

Day 5 Fruit only diet :)

Ohh what a wonderful Sabbath we had today...
We went only to the main service at 11:00, had a very blessed sermon about the mercy seat of the ark covenant, and this highlighted the importance of the 10 commandments being inside the ark and also the total forgiveness that we have in Jesus Christ.

I have been feeling a little down today "Detox" blocked nose and a little weak, but I know it will get better over time.

We went out tonight, had some fresh nice mango juice and explored one of the malls close by.

I had some good exercise yesterday with wood chopping and walking.

Today's meal -

- 3 lemon's juice
- 1 large banana
- 1 large guava
- decent amount of red grape juice
- 1 apple
- half of a large melon
- 6 oranges squeezed with flesh
- 1 pomogranate

May God Bless you.

Day 4 on fruitilicious only

Ok... I think I am starting to detox a little.. Woke up with a weird throat sore and a back of my head headache, but otherwise I feel fine!
I had 3 squeezed lemon's juice.

I pray that God will help me through this and that my detox will be very little and short.
I have looked after my body for almost my whole life by not taking the following substances -
- Almost no coffee (Perhaps once a month)
- Almost no chocolate (Perhaps one block per 3 months)
- No coke or sodas (Perhaps a glass once in two months )
- Very little cow's milk (Perhaps a glass full a week )
- Very little cheese (Perhaps 200 gram's per month)

Unfortunately I had lot's of beer regularly but have stopped with that about 4 weeks ago..

God is SO wonderful - I had NO money left - Only some fruits and a half tank full of petrol (Only getting payed after the weekend) but He provided me with some money which we were able to buy some avo's and have some spare for petrol money.

Have a blessed day everyone.

Day 3 on just Fruits (Hope Avo counts too)

Ok WOW !!!
This morning I instantly woken after a full nights rest...
It seems like a thousand spider webs have been removed from my brain...
I was able to immediately get up fully focus dress, get in my car and pray...
This has probably only happend a few times in my life before and when I was in early high school.

God is wonderful, He has helped me a lot over the past few weeks since I have decided to follow Him again with my whole heart.
Things at work is going just great,my boss Sam is friendly (Mostly) my work although I made it look like a mountain in my head, is easy and some stuff just gets rectified by itself???
Yes God is working in, and protecting my daily walk.

Ok little bit about the fruit munching last night (Please note that I see Avo's / Tomatos / Bell Peppers and some sprouts as fruit aswell)

- I had a super delicious plate of Avo's (Very creamy) tomato's chopped green pepper and a little bit of beet root prouts
- An hour before bed time I had a banana sprinkled with Cinnamon
- And during the whole night I had some 100% natural red grape juice

This morning I started off with the juice of 2 lemons -

Will post later on in the day for the rest of my meals.

And it all started - In a moment of superceding realization

Today - May 20 - 2009

I have decided to start a record of a ( Attempted) day to day look and notations, of becoming what should only be described as "Fruitarianism" - and individuals then being "Fruitarians"

Ideally I would not like to be called that, as many other strange beliefs often get connected to a name or lifestyle, which could give people the wrong reason / ideal you have in mind.

I have decided after doing ALOT of reading, that I want to change my complete lifestyle and way of eating, learning ALOT from Mango the fruitarian :) Google him, trust me he is the only Mango out there ;) - Hugs Mango

I would after 6 months of my now changed lifestyle try to get in contact with Mango for a possible interview, as I know he has interviewed many other "Fruit Only" / raw food people, these peoples testimonies has GREATLY motivated and inspired me.

Ok just quickly, I will over the months and years be looking out for a couple of things to improve or change.

-I have started to bald at the age of 18, and obviously (Or not) I have tried numerous things to get my hair back (Who wouldn't?)
I believe if I stick to a fruit only diet I might just be super surprised in a couple of months or years, thus I will keep track and try to take photos when possible.
- I already know without a doubt that I will get less sickness etc, and also I hope to reach the perfect healthy weight for my length.

Just for fun and my own record I will add my daily fruits and amounts I cosume and possibly comment quickly on how they made me feel etc.
One SAD thing is that I cannot get hold of the so loved and respected Durian King of fruits in South Africa which is truly breaking my heart :( I will keep looking for it.

-Starting yesterday I had (Still working on the solo thing = Eating one fruit at a time and giving a 90 minute gap inbetween)
- 1 half melon
- 2 apples
- 1 x banana
- 1 x Star Fruit
- 4 x oranges ( Juiced and sliced)
- 1 x banana with some cinnamon sprinkled on it before bed time

Today
- other half of melon for BF
- 3 x Oranges squeezed and mixed with all fiber
- 1 tomato chopped for lunch with 1/3 of a cucumber
- 1 x Banana mid afternoon
- 1 x starfruit little later in afternoon

Obviously I am not getting enough fruits in ATM , but that will change when I get paid after the weekend. ( Yes fruits are VERY expensive if you have already wasted your months allowance on groceries you will no longer eat :) )

As Mango would say - Eat more fruits- Hugs and love
