Almost a month of mostly fruits :) And well I feel ok.. BUT have decided to go on a OJ fast for 30 days.. I feel that my body is just not detoxing as it should..
I will update as and when I get time on my results - weight and positive and negative happenings..
God is very Gracious and is helping me with my struggles day by day..
I wish that more people will put their trust in Him, I have decided and given my life to Him as a follower and are praying day by day for the Holy Spirit to take control of my life and to lay down my own will and wrong choices.
This was my first day on OJ only I'm feeling great making ready to go to sleep soon.

Well I have decided to start eating fruits only (Yes that is true) and thus I guess people will call me frutarian then. I will do this in the power and fullness that only Jesus Christ can give.
